Shipping Policies

Domestic Orders(Within Canada):
Orders within Canada typically ship within 24 business hours of full payment. Processing may take up to two business days, and delays can occur during peak periods, such as around Christmas. We strive however to ship all orders as quickly as possible. 

Holiday Notice:
As we are located in Quebec, Canada, we observe Canadian public holidays, which may differ from those in the U.S. or other countries. This could result in additional delays. Please be aware of this.

Local Pickup:
For local pickups, we will email you the necessary details.

Inventory Accuracy:
We strive to keep our online inventory accurate. However, overselling may occur occasionally, and you will be notified if an item is unavailable for shipment and will be refunded.

Pre-Orders:
If your order contains preordered products, it will be held until all items are in stock. Customers may request early shipping for in-stock items, but additional shipping fees may apply for preordered items when they become available.

Shipping Methods:
We use primarily Canada Post and offer several shipping options, including Xpresspost (next-day delivery usually) and Expedited Parcel (1 to 7 business days). During checkout, you'll receive an estimated delivery date for in-stock orders. Please note that this is only an estimate and actual shipping times may vary for remote locations or large orders. For orders with preordered items, please contact us for an updated estimate.

Free Shipping in Canada

All qualifying orders will be shipped using Canada Post's Expedited Parcel service, regardless of the service selected.

U.S. & International Shipping Policy

As we are based in Quebec, Canada, we follow Canadian public holidays. For rural or remote areas in the U.S. or other countries, additional shipping costs may apply. Customers will be notified of any extra charges before shipment and may choose to opt out at that time.

Return Policy

Geeky Dragons offers a 14-day guarantee from the receipt of your order, as confirmed by delivery information (when available), or from the sale date if no delivery information is available.

Exceptions:
All promotional items, Trading Card Game sealed products, including clearance and sale items, as well as any opened products are sold 'as is' and cannot be returned.

Authorization for Returns:
All returns must be authorized by us prior to shipping. This ensures proper processing and credit to your account. Geeky Dragons will not cover return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise. In cases of defective items or damaged, all components must be returned.

Refund Structure:

  • 100% refund (excluding original shipping charges) for all unopened merchandise.
  • No refund for opened items; however, we may repurchase them as 'used' if requested.

To initiate a return, please contact us through our ticket system. Returns should include your full name, address, and original order number from the packing slip. Ship returns to:

Please ensure returned products are insured, as we only refund items we have received.

Pre-Orders

If your order contains a preordered product, the entire order will be held until all items are available. Full payment is required at the time of the preorder.

Immediate Shipping for In-Stock Items:
In-stock items can be shipped right away upon request, but additional shipping fees will apply for any remaining unshipped preordered products.

Order Fulfillment:
We aim to fulfill orders promptly, but changes or cancellations may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We ship the oldest preorders first when products are released in waves.

If we cannot fulfill your order due to delays or unavailability, we will contact you with options to modify your order. If we don’t hear back regarding held items within a month, we will cancel the unavailable items and ship the rest.

Cancellation and Fees:
If you cancel a held order after 14 days, a 20% restocking fee will apply to in-stock items. Preorders older than 14 days can be canceled for a refund in store credit.

Pre-Order Price Guarantee

When you preorder a sealed product, the price charged at shipment will be the lowest price offered between your order date and the product release date. If the price drops, we will refund the difference.

Sale Pricing

If an item you ordered goes on sale before shipment (order status is still "Processing"), you may contact us for the reduced price. If it goes on sale after shipping, you can request a price adjustment within 14 days of order completion.

Note: Sale pricing applies only to in-stock products.

Order Cancellation

Cancellations after processing and packaging (and shipping, if applicable) will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Geeky Dragons reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion, and any applicable payments will be refunded. All policies in this document are subject to change at our discretion.
