At Geeky Dragons Inc. ("we"), we’ll notify you via email when your in-stock product(s) have shipped. This email serves as our acceptance of your order. Typically, in-stock orders (excluding scheduled deliveries) ship within 1-2 business days. The delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose. If you prefer to pick up your product, please contact us through our ticket system or via email for pickup details.
We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items available for sale.
We also reserve the right to reject, correct, cancel, or terminate any order for any reason. If a product's price is incorrectly displayed on our website, we will give you the opportunity to reorder at the correct price.
Your completed order form is your offer to purchase the items listed. Your order is considered accepted only when we send you a shipping confirmation email, which forms a legally binding contract with Geeky Dragons Inc.
The total amount for your order will be charged to your selected payment method once we send the shipping confirmation email. If you need to cancel an order, you can do so by logging into your account and submitting a request through our ticket system. However, if we have already accepted and shipped your order, your cancellation request may not be processed in time. All items purchased from Geeky Dragons are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
